- Assist with morning crew dispatch and afternoon crew return, helping ensure teams are properly loaded and ready for scheduled jobs.
- Support technicians with loading equipment, materials, and supplies into service vehicles.
- Help oversee basic vehicle readiness and maintenance coordination, including cleanliness, organization, and reporting any issues.
- Perform warehouse organization and upkeep, including stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Assist with equipment maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, basic checks, and staging equipment for upcoming jobs.
- Receive and organize incoming deliveries and supplies, ensuring proper storage and documentation.
- Support management and operations staff with additional general warehouse and logistics responsibilities as needed.
- Must possess a clean and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Part-time role based in New Jersey
- Scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays – approximately 20 hours per week
