Position Overview

SERVPRO of Medford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our growing restoration team. This role is critical in ensuring that all project files meet SERVPRO’s quality standards and that documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for billing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with multiple departments, and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate direct pay losses for both New York and New Jersey offices.
  • Conduct daily file reviews with Project Managers and Loss Coordinators to identify and resolve missing documentation, estimates, and photographs.
  • Provide administrative backup to Loss Coordinators as needed, ensuring seamless operations during absences or high-volume periods.
  • Monitor project status and follow up to ensure timely submission of all required materials.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve documentation processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
 
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Restoration industry experience a plus, but not required — training provided.
  • Prior administrative or quality control experience preferred

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
