Location: SERVPRO of Medford • SERVPRO of Southwest Brooklyn • SERVPRO of Central Manhattan • SERVPRO of East Windsor • SERVPRO of Old Bridge/Cranbury
- Coordinate direct pay losses for both New York and New Jersey offices.
- Conduct daily file reviews with Project Managers and Loss Coordinators to identify and resolve missing documentation, estimates, and photographs.
- Provide administrative backup to Loss Coordinators as needed, ensuring seamless operations during absences or high-volume periods.
- Monitor project status and follow up to ensure timely submission of all required materials.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve documentation processes and workflow efficiency.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Restoration industry experience a plus, but not required — training provided.
- Prior administrative or quality control experience preferred
